Social media webinar for insurance insurance agents
Unisource Program Administrators is offering a free social media Webinar on Thursday, April 22 for independent insurance agents. Designed to help agents “Connect with clients…grow your business,” the Webinar is at 2 p.m. EST.
Geoff Eaton, vice president of operations with Advantage Insurance Group, will share the successes his agency has enjoyed as a result of social media. Sherry Kast, director of marketing for UPA, presents a case study on how UPA used social media to launch the company nationwide.
UPA has also published a free social media guide for independent insurance agents. Attendees will receive a free copy of the guide.
“Chances are that agents use social media on a personal level,” Kast said. “The Webinar and guide provide ideas on how an agency can use social media for business purposes. The guide also provides tips on getting started for agents who are not familiar with social media.”
