There are two ways agents can submit worker's compensation applications to UPA:

1. Email complete ACORD 130 Workers' Compensation application and four years of currently valued loss runs including expiring to Applications@UnisourcePA.com.

2. Login to e-Access, UPA's agency portal, to submit your application through an online submission platform. Agent's who are not registered with UPA can complete the agent registration to receive a user identification and password.
